Assured Office Solutions provides service agreements for copiers, printers, wide formats, and multifunctional products (MFP's). Each agreement is tailored to fit each clients needs. That is why we offer two types of agreements such as cost per copy and set allotments. Cost per copy the cost only owes for the prints that were processed. With a set allotment agreement, we offer the lowest "cost per page" for coverage.
A set allotment service agreement will be a good fit for a client if the print/copy usage falls within the criterias below:

The main difference is the way the agreement is managed. Under a cost per page agreement, the customer is only responsible for the prints that was printed. Under a set allotment agreement, the customer is provided a set amount of prints each month.
The number one benefit is that the customer no longer has to worry about expensive cost of parts or supplies and have a piece of mind that all labor is covered no matter how long the repairs may tak.
If a business production is seasonal, meaning high some months and low any other months, then cost per click is the best option. If business production is somewhat consistent each month, then a set allotment is the preferred selection.
