Yes. We carry a number of parts for each machine we service. Even if parts are not in stock, we can receive them within 1 to 2 days.
Yes. Our agreements cover all parts and labor. Items that are excluded from coverage are inks and printheads but we always carry those items in stock.
All customers with a service agreement receive first priority for all service requests. Emergency, or down machines, receive service within 4 hours. All other service requests are either same or next day.
Assured Office Solutions came out to service our Savin plotter and they were professional and friendly. Our plotter was totally down and they came out the same day to get us back going again.
